For Users Outside the United States: For users located outside of the U.S., as permitted by applicable local law, these Terms will be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved under the laws of your jurisdiction, if applicable. If local law does not require otherwise, the laws of the State of Texas, as well as the dispute process as outlined in Section 9.1 will apply.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements that are expressly referenced in these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and CalcMate with respect to your use of the Services, and any prior negotiations, arrangements, or understandings, verbal or written, are excluded and superseded by these Terms.
